Does FASTSIGNS do artwork, because I only have a pencil sketch of what I need?
Yes, FASTSIGNS can assist you by taking your sketched idea and converting it into clean artwork and then applying it onto your sign. We have in-house artists.

I am not sure if I want a light-box or just a regular sign for the front of my store, can you help?
Of course…we will need to examine your needs and your budget and offer a good solution. It will be best to meet you and consider a few facts, i.e. are you open at night, is your location along the road, is there already enough lighting in your area, and so on. We can help.

I have a banner from last year and just want to remove the date and place a new date, can you do that?
Yes, we can remove information from banners and replace them with new information. There is a minimal removal cost or you can opt to remove it yourself…then we can apply the new graphics.

Would you be able to match my logo color to exactly what I want?
In most cases yes. If you have a pantone number, it would help. However, it is always best to match to an exact item such as a business card or letterhead. Because the way inks work, it is fair to say we will come 95% close to the exact color. We will show you the color we come up with for approval before we run the job.

Can you do a sticker order for me in 2 hours?
Wow, thank goodness we are Fast! We are able to run rush jobs, and maybe able to cater to your rush request. Sometimes, short deadlines are impossible due to the fact that some jobs just require a certain time to prepare for production, and this time may surpass your deadline. In this case, we will not take the job.

Can I see what the auto graphics will look like on my car before you apply it?
Yes, we provide you with a virtual art proof and require your approval before we apply graphix to your vehicle.

How long will my banner last?
Under normal circumstances, it should last 2-5 years. We sue quality materials and inks. But, you also need to take care of your banner. For instance, never fold your banner…always keep it rolled when storing away. Or, never leave your banner in the trunk of your car for more than a few hours, so on.

I want to make birthday shirts for my son, can you print his photo?
Yes, we can. We can print his photo, wordings, and more. This is called “photos on t-shirts” or “heat transfers”. Just provide us a with a clear photo and the information you want printed.

Do you have minimums?
No minimums, you can buy ONE of anything…you get charged per the number of pieces you do, so if you do more pieces, the lower per piece cost you pay.

Do you offer special discounts?
Yes, to schools, UOG and GCC, churches, non-profit groups, GovGuam, Military, and Real Estate agents.

If I do my real estate signs with you, how does a “reorder” work?
Easy. Just call it or email it in. We keep all your info on file…your photos, logo, tel. number, etc. Just tell us how many “for sale” or “for rent” signs, and so on.

What are your terms?
For most orders, besides those pre-approved to use purchased orders (GovGuam, DOE, etc.), we require a 50% deposit upon ordering and a 50% deposit upon completion. We accept cash, checks (on-island only), and credit cards, VISA and MASTERCARD.
