Directions to FASTSIGNS:
YOU ARE TO LOOK FOR A TAN COLORED BUILDING CALLED HEMLANI’S COMMERCIAL BUILDING. IT HAS A FULL GLASS FRONT, RIGHT ALONG THE ROAD, ELEVATED FROM THE ROAD.
FOR MOST OF US ON GUAM, WE MAY RECALL THE AREA AS WHERE “FRED’S LOCKSMITH” WAS LOCATED. NOW, THE BUILDING IS RENOVATED. THERE IS PLENTY PARKING SPACE IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.
From North / from K-mart Intersection
1. If you are south-bound, look for K-mart. It will be on your LEFT, you cannot miss it. There is an intersection (traffic light) at the main drive into K-mart’s parking area. K-mart is directly next a Mobil Gas Station, Triple J Ford/Mazda, and across JFK High School.
2. Now you will need to count the number of intersections you will pass from K-mart…not including K-mart. You need to take a RIGHT immediately before the FOURTH INTERSECTION AFTER K-MART’S INTERSECTION. The first will be the Airport Intersection. The Second will be the Ypao Road/UIU Building Intersection. The third will be the ITC Intersection. The FOURTH is the Tamuning Pizza Hut Intersection. You need to take a right before this (the Fourth) intersection to enter our building’s parking lot….it’s the right after the Centam Building.
3. Along the way you may have passed McDonald’s and Denny’s on your right hand side.
From South / Hagatna
1. If you are coming to us from the South, then you need to look out for the Meridian (U-turn point) along Marine Corps Dr. (Route 1) in Tamuning, right where Bank of Hawaii and Taco Bell are. It is the only U-turn point in between the ITC and Tamuning Pizza Hut intersections. If you do not want to take a U-turn there, then simply drive a bit further and take a U-turn at the ITC intersection.
2. Once you take a U-turn, drive south-bound back towards the Pizza Hut intersection.
3. You need to take a right before the Pizza Hut intersection to enter our building’s parking lot….it’s the right after the Centam Building.
